PollenPak.com handles the website, checkout, product fulfillment, payment processing, and customer support. Your role is simple: share your affiliate link and help people discover the brand.

1. Apply to Become an Affiliate
Complete the affiliate registration form and create your affiliate account.
2. Get Your Personal Referral Link
Once approved, you will receive a unique affiliate link connected to your account.
3. Share PollenPak.com
Share your link on social media, websites, blogs, videos, newsletters, text messages, email campaigns, or approved promotional content.
4. Earn 15% on Qualified Sales
When someone purchases through your affiliate link, you earn a 15% commission on approved qualifying sales.
5. Benefit from a 60-Day Cookie Window
When someone clicks your affiliate link, you may receive credit for a qualifying purchase made within 60 days, subject to the program’s tracking rules and attribution policies.
6. Get Paid Every 14 Days
Approved affiliate commissions are paid every 14 days once your approved unpaid balance reaches the $50 minimum payout threshold.
7. Receive Payments Through Stripe
Affiliate payments are issued through Stripe. Affiliates are responsible for maintaining an active Stripe account and providing accurate payment information.

You do not need a massive following to participate. A trusted audience, consistent sharing, and honest promotion can create meaningful earning opportunities.
Simple, Transparent Affiliate Tracking
Each affiliate receives a personal referral link that helps track customer activity. When a customer clicks your link and completes a qualifying purchase within the 60-day cookie window, the referral may be recorded in your affiliate dashboard.
Affiliates can review available performance information, including clicks, referrals, pending commissions, approved commissions, and paid commissions.
Commission and Payment Terms
Affiliates earn a 15% commission on approved qualifying purchases made through their unique affiliate link.
Commissions are calculated on eligible product sales and may exclude taxes, shipping, discounts, refunds, chargebacks, canceled orders, fraudulent transactions, duplicate transactions, or any transaction that violates the affiliate program terms.
Approved commissions are paid every 14 days through Stripe once the affiliate reaches the $50 minimum payout threshold.
If an affiliate has not reached the $50 minimum payout threshold, the unpaid approved balance will carry forward until the threshold is met.
PollenPak.com reserves the right to review, approve, adjust, withhold, or reverse commissions connected to refunded orders, canceled orders, chargebacks, duplicate transactions, suspicious activity, policy violations, or improperly tracked referrals.
60-Day Cookie Window
The Pollen Pak Affiliate Program uses a 60-day cookie window.
This means that when a customer clicks an approved affiliate link, the affiliate may receive credit if that customer completes a qualifying purchase within 60 days, subject to proper tracking, customer activity, attribution rules, and program compliance.
The referral must be properly tracked through the approved affiliate link. PollenPak.com is not responsible for referrals that cannot be tracked because of browser settings, deleted cookies, blocked tracking, technical issues, customer device changes, or improper link usage.
